No, animals cannot be sinful. They are morally
neutral, like a rock or a plant. Animals behave
solely out of instinct and (depending on the animal)
learned behavoir. I think they can be affected by sin
in certain ways, and magically enchanted to do evil,
but they are not sinful in and of themselves.
Talking animals are a different sort. They have a
moral conscience, but have not fallen into sin. They
