Advice on using other races? I don't know what kind
of advice you are looking for, but I can at least tell
you of my own experience. I had the players choose
which race they wanted to be and 'fix' their
characters accordingly during the character creation.
I found it added a great character to the came (Ha!),
which could be used to flavor their interaction with
the setting. How does that dark creature feel about
dwarves? Will the dragon slave be less apt to talk
spiritual things with a gnome? Lots of opportunities
for greater depth abbound.
