Re: Which Bible Version do You Use?

Posted by: jackray2 <jackray2@...>

Depending on what I am reading, I normally use a greek interlinear New Testament, and either Tanakh or Septuagent for the O.T.   If I need a one-volume I use the Oxford Study Bible.  (Tanakh is the Jewish Publication Service edition of what a Christian would call the Old Testament)

This was a long time ago, but a man asked me to seriously consider

changing DragonRaid's "official" version of the Bible from the NIV to the

since the few "KJV only" people I have met do not seem to be the RPG

tolerant types.  Not to knock them, that is just what I surmised.

Anyway, I have been wondering what version of the Bible is used the most,

or if anyone uses a version different from the NIV?
