If its a worm, you can use this site.....

"To check
to see if your PC is infected with the Sircam worm, go to
http://www.sarc.com/avcenter/FixSirc.com and download this file, save it to
your desktop, and then double-click on it. Or, you can run it from its
current location and then start the program. The program will check to see
if your PC is infected, and if it is, the program will remove the worm
