I take it that "breeze" might be appropriate for creating user manuals -
i.e. documentation for an application - that would travel with the
application on disk and printable by the user.

My application, Family Tree, A Genealogists Program, needs something like
this, all I'm using at the moment is some first time user dialogs and
FB's help/topics filter.
