Dear Lori, Greetings in the Lord,

It was shocking to read how you were treated when you called Gohn Brothers.
I have been doing business with them for at least 10 years and never ran on to
any probelms.
If you are in need of a catalog I have several around the house and would be happy
to post one off to you.
It was a very bad wittness from them that you were treated this way.
It surely must have been this womans very worst day, but there is still no excuse.
I have been praying for her all morning.
