I got in the mood last night to install the 20.5GB hard
drive that has been sitting at my feet for months. Opened the tower
and got a shock (non-electrical type). The old drive is mounted on its side
instead of flat like all others I have seen. There is a metal brace, about
midway
up the side of the tower, that runs horizontal from front to rear. Using
some sort
of special (unique) tray that has two "hooks" with set-screws that clamp
over the horizontal bar, the drive hang down vertical, on its side. I would
like to "hang" the new drive in the same manner (too long to get into my
reasons). Is this a type of tray that can be found easily or, like me, is
the first time you have heard of such an animal?
