We like tart applesauce and weren't able to get tart apples to sauce last
year. That's why we ended up with so many jars of applesauce from last
year. The children just didn't like the sauce as well. I've decided that
since God has provided the apples I'll make sauce. It seems that we already
have so many folks out of work at our church, I'm sure they could use the
sauce blessing later this winter. Deanna
