Ange I'd can them rather than let them go to waste. They are nice to have
for stews and instant type potatoes. I have one friend that has canned 150
lbs of potatoes because her brother is working at a potatoe farm and can get
them for free. They can be mashed and fried in pattys after they are canned
too....Deanna
