Leacy, I keep my flour in a big tub that has a sealed lid on it and what
doesn't fit in there I keep in the freezer till I can put more in the tub.
Also, I keep bay leaves near my spices, and my flours, etc. It keeps bugs
away. I just lay the leaves in my baking cupboard. I also keep some things
like corn meal in my freezer at all times. I got infested once and that was
enough! Ugh. I have not had a problem since.
I am so happy life is going so good for your family right now! I would love
to have pear trees! What a blessing. I don't think they would grow too well
here in MN tho. I too am just now getting enough eggs to keep 2 families in
eggs now too. The chickens are working hard.
I hope your back starts to feel better. God is looking out for your family!
Our Lord is truely awsumb! Love, Julie
