Debra,
Flax, Evening Primrose, and Borage all have GLA's. They have them in different
amounts Borage being the most, and Flax the least. The also have other
essential fatty acids, again in different amounts. You could start by trying
flax is would be the cheapest, and if it is not helping enough go up the scale,
or do the reverse and find out what your body needs. It is interesting to note
that flax is mentioned in the bible a medicinal food.
