Subject: [HomeSteadHeaven] re: angoras in colors

greetings in the Lord !

Rachel, we have had angora bunnies in lots of colors. But this chocolate
is about
my favorite color. My youngest daughter raised Jersey Woolies too at that
age.
Not quite so much grooming. My new bunny gave up about an ounce of hair
today
in just her grooming.
I am hoping to breed her in a month or so.
I wish we lived closer we could share fiber
We have two kinds of milk goats at this time, Oberhasli and Alpine. I had
nubians for years but somehow have traded them off for some some nice
alpines that are great milkers. Our buck is an alpine and he is quite the
guy.
I have had angora goats too. Love spinning their hair.
We don't know any shetland sheep breeders in this part of Texas so I am
hoping
to find some this spring.
We are just 35 miles south of Ft Worth and its really cattle country. Not a
lot
of fiber animals !

lovingly in Christ,
Pat
