Pat I've not actually used it but I do know folks on a homesteading list I
used to belong too (where I met Marci, Pam, Jill...all on this list) had
used this washer and they were pleased with it. I'm pretty sure one of the
plain Mennonite women used one and she used it in a big metal wash tub on
legs. They do rust though over time. I would imagine it would work in the
five gallon bucket too....Deanna
