I know what you mean. I have lost 45 lbs since June 4. I am only 6 lbs away from finally being under 200 lbs!!! I have been over 200 for I don't know how
long. But I tell you my weight caused me a lot of problems (gall bladder, blood clot in my lungs, horrible recovery from a c-section). I got to the point
where I knew that if I not only wanted to have more children but be alive to raise mine I needed to change my diet. Well, not change my diet (well cut out
fast food) but change how I look at food.
I know eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full. I only eat when I am hungry- that could be twice a day or 4 times depending on how much exercise I had.I am focusing on real, whole foods.
