Way to go Debra!!! You are eating sensibly and healthy foods. You are
feeding your body!! Keep it up and you will be at a healthy body weight in
no time at all. You are well on your way!

Don't forget to exercise too! I know with your little ones you do keep
moving..hee hee. Sounds like you are active and that is just great. Keep
up the good work dear...
