I have only been on this list for a couple months now and I think you
will find as I have that these ladies on here are wonderful. They treat each
other with respect and kindness. It is a nice place to learn and get away

Is it proper etiquette to introduce ourselve when we join the group?
My name is Johanna, 38 Yrs old and i and my family live in Cumberland
Co, Tennessee. We moved here almost two years ago from Massachusetts to
realize our dreams. So far it has been wonderful. We have ten acres of
land and most of it is treed. We are working on clearing some bit by
bit. I want to keep some trees for privacy and just because I love
trees. My wonderful husband is Raymond and we have six children. 16 yo
daughter, 14 yo son, 10 you son, 9 yo son, 3 yo son and 2 yo daughter.
We had a small vegetable garden last year, but the chickens got in and
destroyed most of it. (I contemplated chicken stew that day). We are
hoping things go better this year. We want to plant apple trees. We have
four dogs, 2 Great Pyrenees one German Shepard and a mutt. Our children
are homeschooled and we lean more to relaxed homeschooling or
unschooling. I love to quilt, do needlework, knit, (pretty much anything
involving needlework) garden, can, cook and be with my family. I am very
grateful to be around like minded people and look forward to learning
much for everyone.
