Hi Loretta,

Thanks for the welcome! I don't know about other areas but around here when
you have at least a little piece (5+ acres) of land and have at least an
animal or two we call it a "hobby farm"....and we don't just do "farming",
we have another job (for ourselves, we have a sign business, which we are
mainly working from our "farm", hubby drives in to the Twin Cities (Mpls/St.
Paul) usually once a week to deliver and install signs...so, I guess you
could say the "farming" part of our lives is a "hobby"!

Hope that helps define a "hobby" farm a little to you....at least that is my
definition, maybe someone else has a different one??
