That is one thing about cows that i have noticed too. The milk keeps
longer, is more forgiving w/ not-so-great handling, and gets off-flavored
less. One thing to not: Check out the ####'s of dairy goat groups, and
all the problems associated.....then check out the milk cow groups~~i
think there is just one! and check archives to see what real people say.Again, love my goats, but the practicality of the cow cannot be beat!
and , when your hands get tired from the front teats, you can go to the
back, and vice versa, for a change of muscle use....
