Carolyn, God did not give you a spirit of fear.  That is straight from the pit.  I like to think of this verse and quote it out loud if needed.  "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.  Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.  Phil. 4:6,7"  I looked all the words up one time.  That last part that says His peace will guard your heart is a military term... a garrisoning of your mind.  I am very visual, so I pray about it, thank Him for His watch care and then I get in God's fort.  Nothing can reach you there, that He has not allowed for a purpose.  Big hugs!!

Lisa glad your husband is getting along good.,     congratulations to grandma Nancy   and storms are brewing really bad again . I always think of michelle when they are in ark.  Don't know what part she is in . storms are heading our way tomorrow . everyone stay safe . I still get scared of storms before they ever get here . I can't eat or do anything when this is happening . I ate a banana today and that is all . Don't want to lose weight this way .
