Deanna,

Millet is SO good for you. It has a full range of the B vitamins, etc.
I use it in my granola. Sometimes, I will grind some of it with my wheat
for breads, cookies, or whatever. My father likes a crunchy bread, so when
I make him bread, I put in whole millet and sunflower seeds.
