My heart hurts with yours.....
We went through this a few years ago with my oldest
daughter. I was devastated, broken, crushed, and felt
like a total failure...
God was so merciful...He helped me to really line up
with Him...I grew more in Him, I found an inner
strength that I never dreamed I had. I became a better
mom than I ever would have been with out the the
spiritual growth and spiritual stretch marks that I
gained with the situation. I had to make life
decisions for her that I never dreamed I would have to
make. I sought the Lord for 2-4 hrs every day to get
the courage to climb out of bed and face the day. I
had 4 children under her that needed a mom too..so I
couldn't just run and hide. We had 7 businesses..I had
to work to keep them going as I was directly
responsible for 4 of them. I know God will carry you
through this because He carried me through Kara's
ordeal. The true secret is , is to climb into His lap
and let Him carry you.
I also did the best thing I could do for all of us. I
was so angry at Kara...I just took her and tossed her
to the Lord and said here!!! she is all yours!! It is
apparent I am not doing what I need to so you do it!!
That alone helped me alot. I was able to focus on my
other children instead of her.
She was out of our home for almost 2 full years. The
decisions Wes and I made for her were not real popular
in our family. But we made decisions that we knew
would affect the rest of her life with the counsel of
our pastor(s) and the Lord. We had family members that
didn't talk to us for almost 6mos. but now they see
the decisions were right. You will have to make very
hard decisions too..and you will make good
decisions...this is your child, you will do the best
you can with what you have! Don't listen to the nay
sayers...shut them out and don't give them a chance to
feed yuk into your spiritman.
God loves you and God loves Tylor more than anything
in this world. He hasn't turned his back on either of
you.
