I know that we had to finally do that with our son. That was in California.
They didn't want to do it because so many parents fail to follow through.
But when we did it, they locked him up for awhile and gave us some time to
come up with a "game plan" of sorts.It is unfortunate that all those "homes" for definate children costs more
than what most families bring home in income for an entire month or more.Here in Oklahoma there are military schools that are free run by the
Oklahoma National Guard. Maybe the National Guard runs such a program for
