Pat,
Have you tried rosemary in your laundry soap? We have used lavender in the
rinse with sheets as something special. I have to be careful with lavender
though, I am sensitive to it, and I get a headache from it if it is too strong.

Many of my friends have James Washers and love them.
We are thinking about getting one as a back up. They are
not cheap, but very durable from what I hear.
I have not had a clothes dryer in many many years so just
have to worry about the washing part.
Do any of you ladies make your own laundry soap ?
I do but am always looking for new recipes to try.
I like to scent mine with mint or lemon scent.
