He went to trial yesterday for careless driving and hit and run (leaving the scene of an accident--no people involved). He was judged not guilty on both counts. He cried that anyone would even think he would do something dishonest. He looks just like Spencer Tracy. Called this morning to make sure we were all right, he has no power, but said he is fine, plenty of warm clothes, food and oxygen.
