Hi Lisa,

In TN, unless you live in the mountains, you NEED an air conditioner. The
heat of summer is as confining as the cold of winter sometimes. We have
adjusted to it. The summers that we have a garden and spend lots of time
outside, we adjust and it doesn't seem too bad. But, if you work in AC and
live in AC, the humidity can be like a wet mattress.

This summer wasn't bad. we didn't have many days at all of 100 degree
weather. A couple of summers ago, we had two weeks. The wonderful thing
about TN weather is that if you don't like it today, you can wait and it'll
be different tomorrow!
