Hello Pat,

I do consider the meetings quite pricy. I have one friend that is going to
meetings and another that is not and she has over 100 pounds to loose and
has lost over 20 in just over 6 weeks. She already feels better. Praise
the Lord. I will not be going to meetings any longer either. I wanted to
get the idea down and now it is up to God and me. My family is supportive
and eat what I put on the table. I don't put many fatty things on these
days and everyone it really the better for it. I do put mayo and butter on
table for them to use but I choose to stay away. I use mustard..Grey
Poupon..yum. I don't put any meat in my spaghetti sauce (cooked down
tomatoes) and spices and herbs and garlic and it is 0 points..the ww noodles
are not real high and healthy. I have a WW cookbook (the one in a binder)
and the recipes are very good. I don't make cookies because they are just
way to tempting right now. There are yummy deserts and many very good
things to eat without all the fat calories/points.

Loosing weight is a personal choice and one that only we can get done. For
me..freedom is in being a healthy weight not in eating different foods that
keep me fat. I am motivated to loose weight by God and His Word and by the
reality that over healthy weight people have such a high risk of adult onset
diabetes, arthritis and many other illnesses. Also, I long to be able to
walk in the mountains and go swimming and all that stuff. I love the
freedom of eating from choice not lust or impulse. That is freedom!! Not
bondage to food..woohoo!!

Ladies....you can get to a healthy body weight and stay there. It takes
determination, determination and more determination. Where will that
determination come from? Well, I have told you where mine comes from..now
you can find yours too. And then hang onto it!!! You can do it!!! Yes you
can!!! Please don't put it off til tomorrow. Today is the day to start.
Pat.....keep on logging those points it really does not take that long. You
are on your way. And so can anyone else that is over healthy weight.

The WW points plan works and is not a diet..that is just so important to
remember..not a diet nothing to quit..a lifestyle forever and forever
healthy weight. It is healthy and filling and good for the whole family.
