I just followed the directions in the Putting Food By book. I peeled, then
decided if I wanted to slice or cube the potatoes and put them in the jars.
Fill with water and use 1/2 tsp salt pints, 1 tsp salt qts. Pressure can
10# both pt and qt 40min. whole, 45 min. sliced or diced.
