Nope. You need to get some rosemary essential oil. Make sure it is pure
essential oil. Now you need to diffuse, or have the oil evaporate into the
air. You can also make yourself a vapour tent and inhale the evaporating
oil. I have an oil burner, but have used a potpourri pot that allows for a
tea lite candle under it to heat up the water. Or you can just heat up some
water to almost boiling, put 6-10 drops of the essential oil in the water
and place it in the room you want to diffuse it in. Try being in the room,
maybe reading at night, so that you can get the full benefit of the oil.
