You think soy is a good use of resources. No, think again. It depletes
the soil, the famers themselves profit little, and the huge
argibusinesses such as conagra and adm take huge middleman profits on the
value added issue. The cookbook, if you read carefully, is NOT full of
great recipes using local foodstuffs, which is the MOST responsible way
