We're the same in Oklahoma--the plants look wonderful, but not producing much.  Last year it was drought, this year may be too much rain.

Yes, I let my garden go to mostly weeds because nothing came of it.  Only

20 stalks of 100 came of corn, but it is only shin high.  The peppers we

transplanted in July are the same size as when we put them in and without

any produce, and the tomatoes are sticks with about 5-6 leaves on each.

They are only about 18" high.
