Re: [HomeSteadHeaven]Shaving/Kathryn

i personally feel that by shaving it is easy to feel that those "parts"
are OK for public inspection, esp underarms, and do not feel that outside
the home it is modest to wear sleeveless clothing. on young attractive
people showing the underarms promotes a sensuality, on older less
attractive it simply gives a view that is unpleasant and not creating a
positive impression. as far as legs, differnt people are certainly more
or less "hairy, but "showing leg" IMO is also not moest and again, while
attractive and sensual on an attractive person, on less physically
attractive leaves a bit of a "gross" preception. Is any of this
glorifying the Lord. Wish i could pass my convictions on to my yoots, but
we have a bit of a stonewall there. they are so "different " in many ways
they do not want to be nocked in that area.

speaking of which, i often see if a person is being mocked for a personal
decision as such, it is probably because they are gioing against an
absurd cultural issue, one that cannot be righteously or logically
defended

"It must be obvious that liberty necessarily means freedom to choose
foolishly as well as wisely;
freedom to choose evil as well as good;freedom to suffer the rewards of
good judgment, and freedom to suffer the penalties of bad judgment. If
this is not true, the word ~FREEDOM~ has no meaning."
