Israel is so tied to the american economy and to the government
for so many rasons, something much more major than this would
have to happen in order to have sanctions set against Israel.
Being that many of us have a sort of duel citizanship with
both countries, politics of Israel are dealt with by many who
hold influence here in the US as well. Israel is stratigic for the
US in warfare against Islamic nations who are not always friendly
towards the US, so we need friends in Israel.

Israels economic structure is so blended with the structure of
the US's. Plus as a nation, we would not side with Palestine,
who sanctions so much terrorism.
I suspect when the dome of the rock or temple mount becomes
more of an issue, sides will be far more defined then they are now.
