Not sure what all is in the kim chi sauce but I think any fish base
sauce would work o.k.
I use tupperware or my crock, I like the crock best but it doesn't
seal out the smell as well as the tupperware. Once you use the
tupperware for Kim chi, thats about all you can use it for. That
smell is awfully hard to get rid of.
