modifier for a dwarf (+1 strength) - is that added into the initial roll

column on the character sheet? Your help would be greatly appreciated...*****
Racial Modifiers
Racial modifiers are applied to LightRaider characters at the time they
are made. Positive modifiers can only increase a Character Strength or
skill to 10. Negative modifiers can not reduce a Character Strength or
skill below 1.Beings of different races have other physical and mental bonuses and
limitations. A gnome may drown in water that a human can wade through.
A dwarf may have a hard time reaching the lowest branch of a tree in
order to climb it. Elves may be claustrophobic in caves or castle
dungeons.How to use Racial Modifiers:
1. Decide which race the LightRaider will be.
2. Roll Character Strengths and Strength and Agility normally.
3. Add the applicable modifiers to Character Strengths as well as
Strength and Agility.4. Calculate the LightRaider's Character Abilities and skills. Add
Physical Vitality, Character Ability, and skill modifiers as applicable.*****
