Aaron, Excellent post! I aggree with you that we should keep to the medieval/fantasy motif as much as possible. Therefore it should be reflected in the temptations. Loved the ideas you tossed out there.

Part of the problem I had with DR overall was there were times where I felt like the fantasy allegory broke down because there was jumping back and forth between more modern concepts and older fantasy stuff. Of course, I made modifications to the materials to better maintain consistency throughout the adventures that we played.

To all of you out there, Do not get me wrong! I think DR is a fun and fantastic tool, which I've been able to use well. People got saved, believers were edified, and a good time was had by all!! I swear by the game as an incredible tool for ministry. Thanks guys!
