This is hard, no difficult and I know what you are feeling. The two boys we have adopted have
given us much heartache. And the younger one has been in trouble with the law many times.
Each day it is my prayer that the Lord would do "whatever it takes" for this child to come to his
knees and understand the need for God in his life.
It is so painful to see the children we love, make mistakes in their lives. To forget the things
we have taught them. I did not have the priviledge of giving my boys a good base, as they
came to us late, but I am sure you can take comfort in knowing that the lessons you taught
your young man as a small child will come back to him.
May God use this difficult time to humble this young man, and have him see his need of the Lord
in his life. May you look to God for wisdom, strength and right words to say.
My prayers are with you and with your son.
