Hi Marci,
I use Outlook and what you need to do is go to the right hand upper corner and
there will be three squares, the first square has an underscore in it, the
second one has a square in a square, and the third has an X in it.
The underscore, box when clicked, will put the program down on the bottom
tool bar, open still but not up as the screen, the second square is the one
you want, it opens the screen to large. If you click it when it is large then it
will become small. Then the third square closes the program.
So just click the second box.
You can also double click the specific message and it will open in the
full screen box.
