I remember softball games (teams made up of men, women and children on one team), flexible rules needed. If there are enough people, there could be a mini tournement, pitching horseshoes, flesh lemon aid, making ice cream, games for young kids, and older, older kids. If you're talking about your church, we've done crafts for kids in the 8-11 year range with a short Bible message before hand that relates to the craft. Puppet show(s). Cooking hot dogs and marshmellows over an open fire. Three legged races.
