I would not "go after them". A good read may be the book called Clergy Killers. I just finished a workshop on clergy ethics that had dealt with that syndrome and how it affects clergy. As a fellow servant in Christ I would tell you not to go after them. If they want healing let them make the first move of reconciliation in that situation. I doubt that they will based on my experience in the ministry.Bro. George
