of 9 to 4, love of 2 to 7. The weaker roll needs to stay weaker. As an
AM, when a roll is modified this way, I throw in a personality quirk to
help off set. "Ok, so your love is increased, but your biggest challenge
in love is the people who don't want to work. You have a hard time
loving and caring for the needs of the less fortunate, you believe the
should get off the system and find a job. Not to mention take a bath."
Makes for some fun character flaws for the OLMN to work on.
Actually, I was leaning toward changing the character creation process to
rolling d5+2 instead of d10 as this will result in more "normal" numbers
for Fruit of the Spirit, all in the range of 3 to 7. This will eliminate
the extremes, and make sure that every LightRaider has plenty of room to
improve.
Alternately, d5+1 will make the players work even harder 😉
