Scott,
Several times. Quite a few years ago a chain store bought a dozen or more copies to send out to its various locations. Haven't heard from them since.
I sold a few copies to a large, local store in the Cleveland area and at least one copy was still on the shelf after a year and a half. They did not re-order either.
About the same time I contacted Berean Christian Stores, but they were not interested.
We shipped a couple dozen Boxed Sets to a distributor in England many years ago. Same results.
Another local Cleveland store was reviewing a copy two years ago but did not order.
There are a couple online game stores that contact me from time to time, like Nobel Knight Games - http://www.nobleknight.com, that is also few and far between.
No, there is no concerted marketing effort. A few people volunteered to do that over the years, but nothing materialized.
A lot of money? Not really. We have to sell the Boxed Sets to retailers for $5 or $6 each so that they can make a profit. Some have asked that we pay the shipping, so selling them for $2 to $3 each does not make sense. So we usually "lose" $15 per box or so in possible funds.

Joe,
I'm curious. Have you guys ever approached Christian book stores about selling DragonRaid? If that were possible, seems like that would bring a lot of exposure (and money for future work).
