"I Kissed Dating Good-bye" is required reading in this house for both boys and girls.
The older ones who have read it, enjoyed reading it.
My boys have also had "Young Man be Strong" as a book they must read.

It was much easier in the Chassidic world, marriages are really arranged, the girl
has the choise to refuse the match, but parents work hard to find people you will
like. Dating as such is not an option.
Last year we had a rabbi friend trying to arrange a match for my oldest !

I escaped such match making by becoming a believer. At the time I thought
matchmaking was so old fashioned, now that I have growing children, it seems
a bit more understandable .
