Most drug companies have help for people with no money. The Doctor fills out a form and submits it to the drug company and explains the needs. I suspect your moms income may put them over the limit for being needy. That's a lot of money a month for a combined income. More than most families we know in this area. Also ask the Doctor for samples, explaining no coverage for meds. They save samples for just such needs.
Not sure where you are located in relation to a dental school but they do work very cheap as the senior students need experience and there are professors standing over watching the work. Just do a search on dental schools in your area.

But with a combined income of $2,530 a month people may not see that as needy. $30,000 a year is an average income in the United States.
