I have all the WW books since I stopped going just a short time ago. I did great
while I was going, but at $12 a week, that adds up.
Today I started writing down all the things I eat, keeping track of my points,
and WW does work, but one still needs to be motivated to do that and to keep track of all
the points etc.
I am the only one that is over weight in my family, the rest are thin and healthy. I was the
one who grew up hearing, "eat all your food, then I would hear stories about starvation in
the camps. Also Jewish people and food go together well. Every holiday is about cooking,
and there are no low calorie blintzes or cheesecakes . at least not any that I want as
much as the good ones. I have made many a tofu cheesecakes and none compare to the
real thing : ) When I make a nice noodle koogle, I want to eat it ! Not just look at it, and
small portions are not easy to dish out.
Gluttony is a sin, plain and simple.Lovingly,
Pat
