Ah, for what its worth, I tried that. Tedds mailbox simply refused it and
bounced it back. So other than a "me too" in the list, there was no way to
request the code. Perhaps the others, who normally go direct email noticed
the same thing.
Okay to remove my asbestos shirt now?
