Re(2): [Idea-Central] Believe it or Not!

I was deeply concerned with the reply to the story of the missing day.
I checked out the web site you gave and the basic principle guiding it's
disproof of the missing day is that the Bible itself is not entirely
accurate in it's telling of history. The website also pokes at the
definition of faith and believing in the unseen. It says to believe in
this "missing day" is going beyond faith and wanting proof of our God.
It says that the Bible didn't say 23 hours and 20 minutes was missing,
but that part of a day was missing, and we don't know the meaning of
"degrees" as used in the Old Testament, so the "missing day" must be
construed.
I don't know about you, but I have FAITH in what the Bible says. If it
said there was part of a day missing and then another few minutes
missing, I believe it. The scientific evidence recently discovered does
nothing but support GOD'S WORD.
I would also like to point out that the website seems bent on bashing
Christianity. It is not a Christian website.
Just thought everyone should know.
We can't believe everything we read on the internet. We must use the
brains God gave us and always return to the truth of Scripture before
coming to any conclusions.
