Relish help please

I was suddenly blessed with 2 bags of pickling cucumbers. I canned all the
smaller cucumbers but am left with a good sized bowl of large cucumbers that
must be ground for relish. I've been hunting through my cookbooks and am not
finding a recipe for mustard hot dog relish. I've looked at several
internet sites and cannot find a recipe there either. Does anyone on the
list have for it? OR I'd like a simple cucumber relish recipe that is mostly
cucumbers. I need to take care of these cukes today and don't want to have
to drive to town to buy alot peppers, onions, etc. Thanks...Deanna
