I have to agree, it sounds like an abcess. In the Caprine Supply catalog, I don't have mine
right in front of me, but I know they carry some kind of vaccine now that is supposed to
help with that problem.
Abcesses are a goat keepers nightmere, and I would be willing to try this new vaccine if
I were you.
I have had many goat friends, ending up selling their entire herd just to get rid of the problem.
You need to keep her away from all the other goats. And if you take her to have it lanced
make sure no pus get on anything, gates, dishes, other goats etc.
