3/4 cup hard winter wheat
1/8 cus chickpeas
1/8 cup lentils
1/4 cup millet
1/4 cup barley flourSprout and gind wheat kernals, chick peas and lentils, following the
instructions for the essene bread recipe. Add the millet and the barely flour.
Shape the dough into 5 or 6 individual patties. Put on an oiled baking sheet
and bake for 2 hours in a preheated 200 degree oven. Brush tops with
water to retain moisture.
Turn and bake anothe 1 1/2 hours at 250 degrees, serve warm.Lovingly,
