God comes right out and tells us why He gives us more money than we need. It's not so we can find more ways to spend it. It's not so we can indulge ourselves and spoil our children. It's not so we can insulate ourselves from needing God's provision. It's so we can give – generously. When God provides more money, we often think, This is a blessing. Well, yes, but it would be just as scriptural to think, This is a test.

Ok, here is a delemma for this first time chicken girl. Our hens are giving us lots of nice eggs. Twice now we have found an egg that is HUGE and it is all wrinkled looking. By huge I mean it weighs around 90 grams as compared to the average 50-60 grams. I am sure there is nothing wrong with the egg itself, but what about the poor hen? I am guessing that it was too big to pass through nicely and therefore got all wrinkled?? Is this going to be a problem with this hen? I am guessing that this might be a normal egg people thing, and nothing to be concerned about?? Thanks for any input. Love and blessings, Julie
